Kenna brings nearly 10 years of experience in the multifamily industry, primarily across the Treasure Valley, supporting large-scale new construction projects and communities ranging from 20 to 370 units. She has successfully led seven communities through lease-up and stabilization and has experience re-stabilizing communities through the acquisition process. Her expertise includes team leadership, revenue optimization, accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, expense management, and operational improvement.
Kenna also brings extensive back-end support, strong software knowledge, and experience implementing systems and processes for new startup properties. She has helped establish operational infrastructure, develop workflows, and standardize processes to support successful launches and efficient lease-ups.
