Marcus Tabert has 20 years in the multifamily industry, working with local and global management firms across a range of asset classes and markets. For the past five years, he has focused on the Boise MSA, where he now serves as Director of Business Development at Aura Living.

In that role, Marcus applies deep knowledge of property operations and market dynamics to support new and existing clients on underwriting, asset review, market trends and analysis, development consulting, operating budgets, and market surveys. He has served both small individual owners and large institutional clients across regional management and business development capacities.

Before moving into business development, Marcus spent over eight years as a regional property manager in the downtown and suburban Seattle markets, overseeing assets ranging from 30 to 500+ units. His operational experience spans lease-ups, garden, midrise, Class A, value-add, LIHTC, and new construction communities. He also served as a Market Analyst in the Seattle market, adding an analytical layer to an already well-rounded operational foundation.
