Mindy Walker brings over two decades of operational experience to her role as Executive Assistant at Aura Living. She has worked across high-tech, startups, commercial real estate, and large organizations, and in every setting her contribution has been the same: she figures out how things should run, then builds them that way.

Over the course of her career, Mindy has authored policy manuals, managed multi-state office launches, and led recruiting and retention efforts during periods of rapid growth. She has coordinated complex logistics across large teams under tight timelines. The through-line in all of it is operational clarity, and she delivers it without dropping a thread.

At Aura Living, she supports the leadership team with the same precision and care she has brought to every organization before it. Operations stay tight. People stay supported. The work moves forward.

A proud Idaho native, Mindy grew up here and has remained committed to this state well beyond her professional work. She helped establish and served on the board of a volunteer organization dedicated to equal land access rights in Idaho, because some things are worth fighting for outside the office. When she is not at work, she is outside.
