Tami Greene

With over 28 years in multifamily management and investment, Tami drives strategic vision and builds partnerships focused on long-term success. Since 1998, she has progressed through every level of multifamily operations — starting as an on-site leasing consultant and advancing to Senior Vice President, where she oversaw more than 15,000 units across multiple markets for national firms.

Her experience spans luxury Class A developments to value-add Class C communities, working with respected industry leaders such as Legacy Partners, AvalonBay (a Real Estate Investment Trust), Riverstone Residential, and Greystar.

Tami is also a General Partner and Active Investor in a diversified commercial real estate portfolio across the Treasure Valley, including multifamily, retail, mixed-use, and residential properties. This hands-on investing perspective strengthens her commitment to delivering uncommon and superior outcomes through high-quality management.

Known for consistently delivering strong results across all market cycles, Tami has built lasting, high-trust relationships with owners, developers, contractors, vendors, and service providers. Her leadership has repeatedly positioned her and her team as the operational partner of choice.

Though her early career took her to primary markets, Tami is proudly rooted in Idaho. She grew up in Greenleaf and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Boise State University.
