Trent Borts is a multifamily executive with over 18 years of experience leading operations across diverse markets and asset classes. His career spans Southern and Northern California, Las Vegas, Reno, and Denver, where he consistently drove asset performance through disciplined execution and strategic oversight. Today, Trent is based in Boise, Idaho, with a focused presence in the greater Treasure Valley region.

As Vice President at Aura Living, Trent leads property operations, oversees on-site teams, and drives performance across the portfolio. He focuses on optimizing NOI through operational efficiencies, revenue strategy, and expense control, while maintaining the resident experience and brand standards the company is built on.

His experience runs deep across new development lease-ups, value-add repositioning, acquisitions, and dispositions. Having worked in both owner-operated portfolios and third-party management platforms, Trent understands how to align operational strategy with investment objectives and deliver measurable results in either context.

Trent is a strong advocate for people-first leadership. He is focused on building scalable systems, developing future leaders, and creating a culture of accountability and excellence. His leadership style centers on clarity, consistency, and results. Trent holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from San Diego State University.
